What you'll do

- Plan, launch, and manage paid ads , particularly on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create digital marketing assets using tools such as Canva
- Monitor website, campaign, and ad performance using analytics and provide improvement recommendations
- Handle CRM management , including client follow-ups and lead tracking
- Perform data management and reporting , with strong use of Excel
- Support internal systems such as ERP / Ready Sell platforms
- Handle basic customer service / VA tasks , including email support and online inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
