Optional traffic analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate visits, referrer sources and page information where its beacon is available. Separately, you may choose Allow analytics in Analytics choices on public pages. We then store a random 30-minute session identifier, the first public landing path and bounded UTM source, medium and campaign slugs. We do not store IP addresses, email addresses, full referrer URLs or advertising click IDs in these analytics.
If you create a new account during that session, we link its internal user ID to the visit and use confirmed live payment records to count registration and Pro purchase conversions. Reports are admin-only. With your permission, Google Analytics 4 also receives page views, successful registrations and confirmed Pro purchase events. We send sanitized page paths without query strings, a fixed page title, and an opaque transaction reference for deduplication; no name, email, account ID or form contents. Google receives network information when your browser contacts its service. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization and Google signals are disabled. A separate first-party counter counts random browser identifiers last active within five minutes, refreshed while the page is visible. Expired identifiers are removed on requests or cleanup alarms; provider recovery backups follow provider retention. Declining or withdrawing stops future optional collection. We do not send these events to Meta, and do not fingerprint or track you across devices. Optional collection is off until you allow it and respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track.
Analytics choices lets you decline or withdraw. Withdrawal stops future optional collection, clears the browser identifier and deletes the current linked session where available. The identifier expires after 30 minutes; your consent choice stays in this browser until changed or cleared. Analytics records are deleted after 90 days by a daily cleanup. Contact support to request deletion of linked analytics records. Aggregate Cloudflare statistics have their own provider retention and cannot be linked to an individual account by this dashboard.

Alfred Parungao, operating VeeAys, is responsible for personal information used to run this service. This policy covers VeeAys, not the employers or external sites you visit.
Information we use
We process account and authentication information such as email, user ID and profile name; job preferences and onboarding choices; Saved Jobs; application status, dates and notes; matching results and feedback you submit; Pro access status; email-alert and digest preferences; and support messages you send us.
Requests and sessions can include IP address, browser or device information, request times, cookies and technical error or security records. Public job data includes employer listings, source links and related job information.
VeeAys Pro checkout currently uses PayMongo QR Ph for a one-time ₱499 payment granting 30 days of access. It does not renew automatically. Existing promotional or administrator-granted Pro access does not authorize a payment. Paddle is not the active checkout provider.
Anonymous tool-completion counts
We count a Niche Finder form only after its results save successfully, and a résumé only after a valid form reaches Review & download (or its first successful export). Revisiting the same form or downloading it again does not add another count. These are completed-form totals, not unique people. We send only a random form reference to our own service for duplicate prevention, never résumé text, questionnaire answers, names, emails or account identifiers. Duplicate-prevention references expire after 24 hours and are automatically removed; anonymous aggregate totals remain. These counters respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control and can undercount when reporting is blocked or unavailable. They do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics or cross-site identifiers.
Optional Pro résumé and cover-letter assistance
When enabled and with your consent, Pro tools send only your chosen summary, experience, education, skills and projects, together with the selected public job, to our AI provider. Your name, contact details and photo are excluded by the application; remove sensitive information from other sections before requesting help. We do not retain the submitted résumé text on our server. Generated results are cached in encrypted form for up to 24 hours to avoid repeat processing, then removed automatically. Usage counters use a hashed account reference for a 30-day quota window. Account deletion clears cached results and individual quota records; aggregate spending reservations and a hashed deletion guard may remain to prevent delayed requests restoring deleted content. Provider processing and retention follow its policies. Suggestions can be wrong, do not predict hiring outcomes and are never sent to employers automatically.
Optional Niche Finder
The free Niche Finder uses your questionnaire answers and fixed scoring rules to suggest three types of remote work to explore. It does not use an AI service, assess qualifications or guarantee a job. Your answers, result version, selected niches and last saved date are stored privately in your Supabase account. They are not sent to analytics or employers and are not used to decide paid access. You can edit or retake the questionnaire through Niche Finder. Matching preferences change only when you choose to update your roles. We keep the latest saved answers until you replace them or delete your account; deletion removes this account data under the existing account deletion rules.
Personalized Job Alerts
Job alerts are optional and require your recorded consent. Free members can choose a weekly digest; active Pro members can choose daily. We process your categories, employment and salary preferences, account email, Pro eligibility, consent record and previously notified jobs to deliver relevant listings through Resend. You can change settings at My Job Alerts or unsubscribe without signing in from any digest. No instant alerts are offered. Delivery and error history is retained for up to 90 days; consent settings and job deduplication history remain while your account exists. Deleting your account removes this linked history. Already sent emails cannot be recalled.
Why we use it
We use information to authenticate you, maintain your profile and job tracker, personalize matching, manage Pro access, send enabled personalized weekly or daily job digests, answer support requests, diagnose problems and protect the service. Matching uses your preferences and available job information; a match is a recommendation, not an employer’s hiring decision.
Where applicable, processing is based on providing the service you request, your consent for optional communications, legitimate interests in security and reliable operation, or legal obligations. You can change job-email preferences at Email Preferences; operational account and security messages may still be necessary.
Providers and external sites
VeeAys uses Supabase for authentication and stored service data, Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, and Resend for job-email delivery. Providers process the information needed for their function. Configured AI services may organize public employer job text for job-reading features; this is separate from an employer reviewing your application.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose relevant information when legally required, to protect users and the service, or to providers helping operate it. Service providers may process information outside the Philippines; we seek appropriate safeguards for those transfers under applicable law.
Following an application link shares information with the external site through your visit and anything you submit there. VeeAys does not submit your profile or tracker notes to an employer merely because you save or track a job.
Cookies and session data
Authentication cookies keep you signed in and allow session renewal. A preference-prompt cookie remembers when you dismiss the setup reminder. Technical request information supports delivery, diagnostics and security. Blocking or clearing cookies may sign you out or affect account features.
Retention and security
We keep account, preference and tracker information while needed to provide your account and requested features. You can request deletion through support. Some records may need to remain for security, legal obligations or resolving disputes; backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle. We do not promise a fixed deletion period that the service cannot verify.
We use access controls and other technical protections, but no online system is completely secure. Avoid sending passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information to support.
Your choices and rights
You can update preferences and tracker information through your account. Contact support to request access, correction, deletion, information about processing, or to exercise applicable objection, restriction, portability or consent-withdrawal rights. We may verify your identity before acting. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing; some requests may be limited by legal obligations.
You may raise privacy concerns with the Philippine National Privacy Commission or another competent authority. The service is intended for people able to use it lawfully; contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization.
Updates and privacy contact
We will update this policy when practices change, including before paid checkout launches, and communicate material changes through the site or account email where appropriate.

Self-service account deletion
This permanently removes your sign-in, profile, job preferences, saved jobs, application tracker and notes, and queued alerts. You cannot undo this. Shared job listings and other members' data stay available.
Your Pro access ends immediately. VeeAys currently uses one-time QR Ph payments, with no automatic renewal. Open checkout links will be closed before deletion. Deletion does not automatically refund past payments or cancel a payment already processing.
We detach your account from financial receipts and retain payment references, amounts, currency, status and transaction dates securely for accounting, tax and payment reconciliation, restricted to authorized administrators. Our proposed retention schedule is 5 years based on the applicable BIR tax-year filing timeline, and 12 months after closure for fraud or dispute records, subject to legal review and provider requirements. Active disputes, investigations and legal holds may require longer retention. Automatic purging remains disabled until this schedule is formally approved; these periods are not a promise of automatic deletion.
PayMongo may retain its own payment and fraud-prevention records under its obligations. Security logs, backups and already-sent emails follow their providers' retention policies; account deletion cannot recall an email.
Open My account, find Danger Zone and choose Delete Account. Verify your current password and type DELETE. Administrative or multi-factor accounts currently require assisted verification through support@veeays.com. If billing processing prevents completion, retry or contact support. New checkouts remain blocked after a deletion request starts.
