Current payment status
VeeAys Pro checkout currently uses PayMongo QR Ph for a one-time ₱499 payment granting 30 days of access. It does not renew automatically. Existing promotional or administrator-granted Pro access does not authorize a payment. Paddle is not the active checkout provider.
Account deletion and payment cancellation
There is no automatic renewal to cancel in the current QR Ph checkout. Deleting an account immediately ends its Pro access and closes its checkout links. It does not automatically refund completed payments or reverse a payment already processing. Contact support@veeays.com about payment disputes or refund requests; applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refund requests and legal rights
No refund is currently due for free access or unpaid Pro access. If you believe you have been charged in VeeAys’ name, contact support with the transaction date, amount and receipt reference so we can investigate. Do not send full card details or passwords.
Before payment launch, we will publish the refund rules that apply to actual purchases, including the provider’s processing role and any applicable withdrawal rights. We do not promise an automatic refund or a specific refund window before those terms are finalized. Cancellation alone will not automatically create a refund entitlement for an already supplied period, except where applicable law or the published purchase terms require it.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies for unauthorized charges or rights where a service is not supplied as required by law.
