This role combines client presentation preparation, product sourcing, order coordination, supplier communication, and marketing support .
What you'll do
- Create client presentations featuring promotional products, pricing, decoration options, and virtual mockups .
- Create and send purchase orders to suppliers, verifying pricing, quantities, imprint details, and ship dates .
- Track artwork proofs, production status, and shipping updates.
- Keep sales representatives and clients informed about order progress.
- Resolve order issues such as backorders, proof revisions, production concerns, and shipping delays .
- Research and source promotional products and suppliers based on budget, quantity, product requirements, and deadlines .
- Support company store setup and updates.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and product spotlights.
