Working closely with the in-house marketing team, you’ll help maintain consistent brand identities, grow engagement with hairdressers and salon owners, and use creative ideas and AI tools to improve content. As the business grows, there may be opportunities to take on broader marketing responsibilities.
What you'll do

- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Adapt video pacing, length, hooks, and formats to suit each platform.
- Create content featuring hair transformations, educational tips, product features, behind-the-scenes footage, and industry events.
- Add captions, text overlays, transitions, music, and sound effects while maintaining each brand’s visual identity.
- Colour-correct and grade footage to ensure hair colour and products look accurate and premium.

- Proactively comment on, share, and interact with posts from the salon community.
- Build relationships with hairdressers and salon owners to grow engagement across accounts.
- TikTok Growth
- Build and grow the business’s TikTok presence from the ground up.
- Monitor trends, sounds, and content formats, adapting relevant ideas to suit each brand.
- LinkedIn Content Support
- Assist with managing the founder’s personal LinkedIn profile.
- Repurpose relevant content from other social channels into posts suited to a professional audience.

- Solid working knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, trends, algorithms and insights
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts at once, each with its own voice
- A strong eye for aesthetics, with a feel for how hair, colour and product should look on camera
- Clear understanding of how tone and content differ across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
