About the role
- Why does this role exist?
- This role exists because the game's community lives across six different platforms, each with its own tone, culture, and expectations, and someone needs to own that day-to-day presence authentically and consistently. Beyond engagement, this role is the connective tissue between players and the internal teams who need to hear from them — routing feedback to customer service, surfacing bugs and sentiment from the Discord beta community to QA and Engineering, and flagging trends and cultural moments to the content team. Ultimately, this hire exists to make sure the player community feels heard, well-moderated, and reflected back into the business in real time.
