- About the Client
- This client operates as an independent personal advisory practice, providing personalized service to individual clients. He is currently seeking to build out his support team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a strong client experience. This role is crucial for enabling him to focus on high-value client relationships while communications, research, and travel logistics run seamlessly in the background.
- This role exists because the client is stretched across client-facing work, business development, and day-to-day operations, and is actively evaluating multiple paths — including other staffing options — to find the right long-term support. He's specifically looking for someone who combines excellent communication and sales instincts with genuine, hands-on AI-building skills, not just familiarity with popular tools. This is a high-bar hire: the client will only commit to a full-time role if the candidate is strong enough to operate proactively and strategically, without needing step-by-step direction.
