This is a standalone recruiting role, supporting both active hiring needs and long-term talent pipeline development. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Candidate Management Review submissions, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications Recommend shortlisted candidates for client interviews Maintain organized candidate records and track all recruiting activity Sourcing & Pipeline Development Proactively headhunt candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles Target candidates in carpentry, welding, steel erection, and commercial construction trades Recruiting Partner Coordination Coordinate with external staffing agencies and recruiting partners to support the company's hiring goals Manage communication across all active recruiting channels Lead Generation & Outreach Research potential business opportunities and conduct initial outreach Maintain a lead pipeline for management review Admin & Marketing Support Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain accurate recruiting records Assist with recruiting-related social media content and light marketing coordination as workload permits Support additional administrative or outreach tasks as needed Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication (top priority) , proactive, organized, self-directed, comfortable working independently, strong follow-through Requirements Demonstrated experience in US-based recruitment Construction industry recruiting experience preferred Proficiency across multiple sourcing and headhunting platforms Software: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Microsoft Office Suite Salary: $225 / week Originally posted on Himalayas Employment type: Full Time Seniority: Mid-level Categories: Construction-Recruiter, Technical-Recruiter, Recruiter, Talent-Acquisition-Specialist, Construction-Recruiting, Construction-Staffing, Skilled-Trades-Recruiter, Contractor-Recruiter, Skilled-Labor-Recruiter, Contractor-Recruiting Job functions: Human Resources Timezone restrictions: 8
