The Role: Edge Tutor is hiring an experienced Teacher Recruiter who can attract qualified teachers, keep candidates engaged, and move them through a strict recruitment timeline. Location: Work from home Schedule: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm PH Time Performance bonus: Typically ₱5,000–₱10,000/month, based on candidate pass rates Other Perks/Benefits: HMO, Leave Credits, and Bonuses What You’ll Do Manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding Conduct high-volume interviews and assessments Keep candidates engaged, prepared, and showing up Prioritize urgent roles and meet strict hiring deadlines Track candidates using an ATS and Google Sheets Use AI recording and transcription tools for interviews Monitor attendance, completion, and client pass rates Hire for quality—not simply quantity What We’re Looking For At least two years of full-cycle or high-volume recruitment experience Prior experience hiring online teachers, or firsthand experience working as one, is highly preferred Proven ability to manage candidates and reduce no-shows Strong prioritization, follow-through, and judgment Experience using applicant tracking systems and Google Sheets Comfortable using AI productivity tools Strong written and spoken English Teacher, tutor, education, or BPO recruitment experience is an advantage Your success will be measured by the quality, pass rates, and readiness of the teachers you recruit.
