- And we’re looking for a Business Development Representative to start immediately!
What you'll do
- Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage inbound sales opportunities from prospective beauty brands.
- Conduct video meetings and demos with prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and determine fit.
- Present the company’s distribution/Retail Connect service.
- Follow up consistently with prospects.

- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Help improve sales scripts, processes, and sales structure when needed.
- Coordinate the handoff of closed clients to the Account Manager.
- Handle the meeting and conversion process rather than simply booking appointments.
