- Collaborate with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners to diversify strategies for sourcing high-quality candidates.
- Debrief candidates on job responsibilities, expectations, workflows, and routines.
- Identify opportunities to improve staffing processes, talent pipeline management, sourcing methods, and onboarding practices.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders about the progress of recruiting efforts for assigned accounts.

- Experience sourcing through social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Familiarity with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent critical thinking skills with strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Tech-savvy with a strong analytical mindset, capable of translating big goals into actionable plans.
- Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player thriving in a fast-paced environment.
