What you'll do
- Source, screen, and prequalify candidates for technical and professional roles in industrial/manufacturing sectors
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Keep candidate records updated in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Partner with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines
- Contribute to team initiatives that enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experience
What they're looking for
- Background in process outsourcing (BPO), staffing, or similar fast-paced industries is a MUST or any proven international process outsourcing experience.
- Familiarity with Bullhorn ATS, ZoomInfo is MUST

- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
- Confident and professional, comfortable speaking with candidates via phone or video
- Tech-savvy — experienced with CRMs, job boards, and social media sourcing
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Growth mindset — eager to learn and advance in recruitment
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience, highly preferred in industrial/manufacturing, fabrication, or skilled trades environments
