About the role
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Pear Tree. In this remote role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databases. What you'll do
- Proactively source and engage candidates using Workable and other sourcing platforms, applying targeted search strategies for current and upcoming hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate profiles and pipelines within the ATS.
- Collect and manage candidate requirements such as introduction videos and other supporting materials.
- Coordinate and track completion of typing assessments to ensure timely processing.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure smooth progression of candidates through the early stages of the hiring process.
